Two-light window. Standing figure of Michael in the right-hand light, with a roundel in the lower part of the left-hand light depicting a landscape by a river with the 'lost' chapel of St Michael. The dove of the Holy Spirit is also included at the top of the left-hand light.

Dedication: 'To the Glory of God and to record with thankfulness the lost chapel of St Michael'. The window also commemorates the destruction of Chapel Farm, destroyed by the construction of the new A40.
