Seated Christ flanked by St James and St John the Baptist. The Welsh saints represented are Padarn, Gwynfryd (Winefride), Cenydd, Deiniol, Teilo, David, Asaph, Gwynllyw, Tudful and Illtud. Biblical scenes are also included in panels below such as the Annunciation, Crucifixion and Resurrection. The symbols of the Passion are also depicted.

Made to the design of the architect, J.B.L. Tolhurst with figures based on drawings by Christopher Webb.
Following closure of St James in 2007, the reredos was moved to the Church of St Theodore, Port Talbot.
