The winged figure of Michael, standing over the dragon, is easily identifiable, however the figure on the right is less certain. Standing with a harp, and with the initial D above, the figure may represent the Old Testament David. However, the figure is not crowned, but has a halo and holds his hand in blessing. The figure may perhaps be the patron of the church, Deiniol Fab, or his better-known father, Deiniol.
