The sanctuary windows comprise five three-light windows with standing figures. The figures, from left to right, are Noah, Abraham with Isaac, Moses, Isaiah, David, John the Baptist, Christ flanked by Mary and John, Mary Magdalene, Peter, Stephen, and the Welsh saints Llure, David and Afan. The windows also include family heraldry and inscriptions below, and the instruments of the Passion above. Mary Magdalene stands holding a jar of ointment, while Peter and Stephen both hold books, as well as keys (Peter) and martyrs' palm (Stephen). Family heraldry below, with inscription surrounded by vine decoration, and shields above with the flagellum, dice and seamless garment.

The uppermost light has a roundel with three wheatsheaves, a variant of the mark of the artist C.E. Kempe.
