William Phillips (died 1985)
Bill Phillips joined the original staff of Celtic Studios as a craftsman and painter in 1949. He studied Physics before the war and was later taught painting by Howard Martin in evening classes at Swansea School of Art. He continued to work at the studio until his death in 1985, aged 75.
