The church at Tremeirchion is dedicated to Corpus Christi, an unusual dedication. The church was first recorded in the Norwich Taxation of 1254 and the earliest fabric of the church is perhaps fourteenth century. It was restored in 1874, and there were further alterations in 1913, to the design of Harold Hughes.
